docs/proposal/2026-10-13-ck-v2-lanes-under-personas.md is the approved proposal for ck V2 (revision 9): personas stay as the seats that judge, lanes become the units that run, each with its own model, effort, tools, and exit artifact. Ten changes, C1 to C10, and four decisions, all settled by Will on 2026-10-13: both personas and lanes; ck 0.2 on a V2 branch, merged back once tested; the persona diet and the house-style script measured first, on /ck:brief; a stage's card names its most expensive judging model. Its Why section carries the first cost evidence from a staged plan, d20mob's A31, priced from the session transcripts. Docs only: no version bump, and nothing in the plugin changes.
