What

Moves faba onto the libraries every legume tool is moving to, so the tools share one version of each.

• legume-mcp 0.4 adds one public method, Call::ensure_free(outputs), the hold check run_making and spawn_job already make. Nothing faba uses changed. faba writes nothing beside a step's outputs before the step starts, and every out comes from the agent, so it doesn't need to call it itself.
• data-beans 0.10 (from 0.9). It's still default-features = false with aux and tui, so it pulls no legume-mcp or legume-plot of its own. faba builds and behaves the same; there's one data-beans and one legume-mcp in its tree.
• Version 0.18.2: a patch. Only dependencies changed; no faba flag, subcommand or library API did.

Tests

The full suite passes (also with RUST_BACKTRACE=1), and clippy -D warnings is clean.
