Tests to do round-trips from CDL to RDF and back

e.g. CDL -> RDF -> CDL
Would be a good learning exercise to test boundaries of tools and libraries.

Would like to have as close of representation of details in CDL in RDF as much as possible. This will enable tools like nclddump to leverage the RDF representation.
