Replace the removed setup.py test command in the Windows file-descriptor
test workaround with python -m pytest -k "not fd". This matches the
pytest entry point already used by the test instructions and CI.
Validation on Windows/Python 3.12 with libsndfile 1.2.2:
No runtime code changes; the callback warnings remain unresolved.
