feat(snapshots): add Archive + Proofs preset

Summary

• add an Archive + Proofs snapshot preset with its combined manifest size
• emit the exact --archive --proofs download flags for preset and custom configurations
• require the complete Archive component set before Proofs can be selected
• keep the homepage Mainnet Archive card scoped to the Archive-only size

• exercised Archive → Custom → Proofs and Archive + Proofs preset against current R2 manifests on /snapshots
• verified removing an Archive dependency deselects and disables Proofs
• verified the homepage Mainnet Archive card shows the Archive-only 4.1 TB total
