Targeted plain-English edit of public-facing and priority technical documentation. Replace em dashes in prose, remove repetitive boilerplate validation banners where equivalent specific status is already present, and add an editorial style section to contribution standards. Add a CI check for new Markdown lines containing em dashes or selected stock phrases, preserving technical code and documenting that legacy pages need progressive review. Not a claim that every legacy Markdown page has been rewritten. Please review representative article diffs before merge.
