docs(wallets): correct BSO sponsorship expiry behavior

• The "Sponsorship expiry" row in the BSO vs paymaster table said "Not applicable" for BSO. That's incorrect.
• For BSO, the policy's sponsorship expiry period starts when the bundler accepts the user operation. If the operation isn't bundled within it, the bundler drops it.
• Clarified the paymaster column (window starts when paymaster data is generated) and added a sentence below the table.
• Fixed the sponsorshipExpiryMs description in the Admin API spec ("from signing" → "after the sponsorship is issued").

Verified against source

• wallet-server: eth_sendUserOperation calls sponsorBundlerOperation for BSO policies and forwards bundlerSponsorship.validUntil to rundler.
• paymaster-services: validUntil is the current time plus the policy's sponsorship_expiry_ms.
• rundler: expired ops are removed from the pool and rejected at bundling time.

I did not include a default expiry value in the docs.
