Improve authorization support #9

Currently, authorization has the following issues:

• only support for "memberof"
• only support for mail address as login name
• the development LDAP backend container does not support "memberof" (attribute is created explicitly and not automatically)
• LDAP adapter currently only works with read-only admin access
