Covers simple and advanced holdouts, team ownership (general holdouts belong to the top-level team), opt-in and opt-out inclusion, the new duration options and default allocations, and the holdout permission model. Holdouts now follow the standard ownership model. Separates owners from held-out teams, restricts holdout management to Team Admins, routes experiment exclusions through holdout editors as a request, and adds Holdouts to the Experiment Assets lists on the Roles and Ownership Model pages.
