The CHIME receiver profile now states its PFB response as sinc_hamming (4-tap, 2048-point sinc-Hamming window, arXiv:2408.00172). nyquist_zone replaces spectral_sense. Older files, bundles, and command lines with the old names are still read, and bundles keep every key Kotekan reads. I regenerated the shipped weight manifests, and the weight banks are byte-identical. Documentation now describes the current code.

This also fixes the versioning. On main, the untagged 2.0.0 and 3.0.0 bumps are folded into this release as 1.1.0, following the v1.0.0 tag. No results change.

In other repos, the frozen data in the papers and the bundles vendored in Kotekan still pin the old profile digests and names. They read their own copies and still validate.

Profiles state channelizer.frequency_axis.nyquist_zone instead of spectral_sense (mirrored when even) and the CHIME profile states its sinc_hamming PFB window; older profiles, manifests, bundles and command lines are still read, the weight manifests are regenerated with byte-identical banks, and no result changes.
Docs describe the current code. The superseded Kotekan interface note and the refactor replay table are removed, and workstation paths, old repository names, removed-file citations and stale version pins are gone.
The CANFAR library gate checked core 2.5.0 and LOCAL_PROCESSING named a core 3.0.0 library; both now check core 4. LOCAL_PROCESSING's profile and weight-manifest digests now match the shipped files.
