Updates the handoff material. The manuals still called the detector an F-statistic and described an unbuilt interface. Both manuals are corrected, and the superseded design is archived. Archive scoring and the validation helpers had duplicate implementations, so exact rank scoring and the routine helpers are now shared. Missing native build dependencies and the standalone diagram colors are fixed too.
Package 3.0.0 removes the misleading coherence aliases and renames the strength keyword to
stack_amplitude_ratio. The migration is documented. Core 4.0.0 and its arithmetic are unchanged, and the independent numerical references and frozen evidence are left as they were. All 24 paper threshold calculations reproduce, and the native checks pass for K=64 and K=128. 94 focused helper tests pass, both manuals and all standalone diagrams build, and a clean installed wheel has the expected source and runtime resources. The full Python suite passes 3,636 tests (190 explicit skips), and the dedicated GPU gate passes all 111 tests. All eight CI checks pass, including the Python 3.10 to 3.14 installation checks, archive integration, the CPU release gate, and packaged resources.
