Fix flaky DMG step that blocked the 0.1.2 release - #9

hdiutil failed three times in a row on the 0.1.2 release run (it also failed once on 0.1.1 before succeeding). Retry up to eight times with a growing pause. Pushes that change the workflow now also run it, so this fix publishes the 0.1.2 that failed. Before: the 0.1.2 release failed at "Make disk image".
hdiutil createreturned "No such file or directory" three times in a row. The 0.1.1 run hit the same error once and succeeded on its second try, so the error comes and goes on the runner.After: the DMG step retries up to 8 times, waiting 5, 10, 15 … seconds between tries. The Release workflow also runs when its own file changes on main, so merging this publishes 0.1.2. The version check still skips versions that are already released.
