The timer now leads in a phase-tinted progress ring with the end time, settings move into collapsible groups whose headers show current values, and the overlay gets a glass icon badge, entrance animation and keyboard hints. Bumps the version to 0.2.0 to ship it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NjR8EdZKeh2i3iczSD5CJg

Before: the menu bar window was one long column: a big countdown with a thin progress bar, then every setting (steppers, Caffeine, reminder picker, three crowded screen-time rows) separated by dividers. The overlay was a plain icon, title and buttons.
After: the timer leads in a ring that fills as the phase runs, tinted orange for focus and teal for breaks, with "Ends at 3:42 PM" while running and a cup icon when Caffeine is keeping the Mac awake. Stop and Skip sit as round glass buttons either side of a phase-tinted "Start Focus / Pause / Resume". Settings move into three collapsible groups (Session, When time's up, Screen-time breaks) whose headers show the current values, and the open/closed state is remembered. Screen-time rows are now name, interval menu, switch; previews moved to a single "Preview Reminder" link per group. The overlay gets the icon in a glass circle with a bounce, a short fade-and-scale entrance (reduced with Reduce Motion), larger type and a Return/Esc hint.
How: new
TimerDial,PopoverSectionandPhaseStyleviews; existing feature models are untouched. Also bumpsMARKETING_VERSIONto 0.2.0 so merging publishes a release. To test on the Mac: open the menu, start/pause/stop/skip, expand each group, change lengths, toggle Caffeine while running, change the reminder and preview it, toggle and preview screen-time breaks, check light and dark mode.
