New visitors currently reach the implementation details before the runnable CLI examples, and the JPEG reproduction needs an image that is not included in the checkout. Put a short source-build quickstart directly after the demo, using the bundled flowchart, a bundled photo, and a generated gradient. Show the expected ASCII diagram and state the Zig 0.16.0 and first-build network requirements.
The README also gives an earlier route into the embedding API and folds the JPEG reproduction into an optional section with its extra prerequisites. The demo and its measurement caveat remain visible.
Validation: whitespace and text-hygiene checks passed; commands, flags, fixture paths, and expected diagram were checked against the CLI and tracked golden output. Local execution is pending permission to download Zig 0.16.0; the machine's default compiler is 0.17.0. No implementation changes.
