feat(enterprise): remove the star history chart - #22

The last section of the Enterprise page, "Project activity", showed the star-history.com chart of the ThinkWatch repository with a "Star on GitHub" button under it. Remove the section, its component and its strings in both languages; the page now ends with the license teaser. The star count next to the GitHub link in the header stays.
