Since the migration to TUnit, Stryker runs the tests through its runner for the Microsoft.Testing.Platform, which leaves mutants pending. The mutation dashboard rejects such reports, so every build on main has failed and a tag would not be published. Same as in aweXpect, the mutation tests stay disabled until Stryker fixes the runner.
