MacPorts' boost port is pinned to 1.76, whose headers use std::result_of and don't compile against libc++ in C++20 mode. Ports v1.0.2 builds libswiften against boost181; CI clones that tag, installs boost181 and points CMake at /opt/local/libexec/boost/1.81.

The bundled cmake_modules/FindBoost.cmake is an old copy of CMake's
module. Find Boost through its own BoostConfig.cmake instead, and fall
back to CMake's FindBoost module (CMP0167 set to OLD, so no deprecation
warning) for Boost installations without the CMake package files.

cmake_minimum_required goes to 3.12 so find_package honours
<Package>_ROOT (CMP0074). The Boost_VERSION check before
BOOST_FILESYSTEM_VERSION=3 is dropped: every supported Boost is newer
than 1.50, and BoostConfig reports the version as x.y.z, which the
numeric comparison can't handle.
