Create the Heading component on top of all panes

The redesign of mashlib layout has the profile heading on top of all panes and than the nav bar. On some panes the heading is smaller.

@timea-solid I just wanted to clarify I believe this is when you are looking at someone else's profile?

On the own profile it should get smaller but on the file explorer it should not exist if I remember correctly.
