Show an MXP picture instead of its label once it is drawn - #44

A drawn inline picture now takes its [image: name] label's place: the label comes off its line when the picture arrives, and a line that was only the picture is replaced by it. Picture rows carry the label's link, reserved pictures included, so clicking the picture opens it or sends its <SEND>. A picture that fails keeps its label. When the last label of a line holding only pictures goes, the first picture row under the line moves up into it, so the pictures keep their order with nothing blank above them.
