Package the Codex Dot skill so installed agents can discover Dotty and use the native host-aware messaging tools. This is guidance for existing desktop MCP tools, not a new CLI transport.
Integrates dependency PRs #126 and #127, rebuilds the shipped MCP artifact, and adds a patch changeset. Merge with a merge commit to preserve both dependency branches in history.
Validation: npm ci, npm run check (validation, build, artifact validation, typecheck and tests), publint 0.3.24, and git diff --check all pass.
