[Bug]: temurin11-jdk and temurin11-jre manifests are stale #588

Bug Report
The temurin11-jdk and temurin11-jre manifests in Java are stale.
Current manifest version:
11.0.29-7
Live upstream release:
11.0.30-7
I checked the current Adoptium API responses and this looks like a plain stale-version update rather than a checkver or autoupdate logic problem.
I'll prepare a PR for the version and hash refresh.

I rechecked the current Temurin 11 release assets again before preparing a PR.
This is no longer just a plain stale update.
11.0.29+7shipped Windowsx86-32JDK/JRE ZIPs, but11.0.30+7no longer does. Adoptium also announced the end of Windows 32-bit delivery in 2026, so this now looks like an upstream support change rather than a simple version bump.The intended fix on the Scoop side is:
temurin11-jdkto11.0.30-7temurin11-jreto11.0.30-732bitarchitecture entries from both manifests so they match the currently published upstream assetsI’ll keep the PR scoped to those two manifests only.
