The athlete and activity list examples showed a bare timestamp as cursor. After fuel-backend #1760, next_cursor is <created_at>|<id> (rows created in the same second no longer get skipped at a page boundary). The examples now show that shape and say to send it back URL-encoded and unchanged. A bare timestamp still works, so this is true before and after #1760 deploys.

The athlete and activity list examples showed a bare timestamp as the cursor.
next_cursor now names the last row's created_at and ID (fuel-backend #1760),
so the examples show that shape and say to send it back unchanged.
