- README: datasets table with a 'Data needed' column, a section on the two datasets that need outside data (LastFM auto-download, insurance experiment from openICPSR), and make_toy_graph restored to the table - load_insurance_experiment: explain where to get the data when files are missing; fetch_lastfm_asia: explain what to do when the download fails - Tests for both messages; changelog entry
- make_signal_check(): synthetic data with planted direct and peer effects behind strong network confounding, plus a null twin with no effect - graphdml.selftest(): fits both worlds repeatedly and checks coverage, power and false-alarm rates against fixed criteria, next to a network-blind baseline (which reports an effect in every null run) - README section with real output; story card; changelog entry - classroom_tutoring story card: note its small known bias (200 draws) - Tests, including a slow test that the self-test passes by default
