Ticket #67934: domain Minimum Lead Time can now be viewed and set in Resource Manager (domain Properties page). CloudShell changesets: Trunk 190077 + 190078, merged to 2026.2 and 2026.1.
MinimumLeadTimeMinutes.The version line says "next 2026.1 and 2026.2 patch releases". It should be replaced with exact build numbers once they ship, as in #35.
