Long DEM campaigns fill disks with raw frames. This utility helps classify keep vs reclaimable data and run archive/purge flows with dry-run discipline — not a blind rm -rf.

pytest tests/ZDEM Archiver is a desktop GUI, not a CLI: pick a campaign folder,
the built-in scanner thread runs a dry-run first and lists what is
reclaimable, and deletion only happens after an explicit confirmation
dialog. The cleanup rules live in should_delete_file and are covered
by tests/test_rules.py.
