…ead of one per day Summit::getSummitDaysWithEvents ran one COUNT per summit day on every serialization that includes the default dates_with_events relation. It now reads the start/end of the published events once and applies the same per day overlap test (summit timezone bounds converted to UTC) in PHP. The resulting day list is cached per summit, keyed with the summit dates, for CACHE_API_RESPONSE_SUMMIT_DATES_WITH_EVENTS_LIFETIME seconds (default 300, 0 disables it). SQL errors are no longer swallowed, and the duplicated dates_with_events entry in SummitSerializer::$allowed_relations is removed.

- Around line 6038-6043: Update the cache key built in Summit to include the
summit timezone from getTimeZoneId(), so changing the timezone cannot reuse
cached date strings or event-to-day matches from the prior timezone.
- Around line 6059-6077: Update the event overlap check in the loop over $events
to exclude rows where either StartDate or EndDate is null before comparing date
ranges. Preserve the existing overlap behavior for events with both dates
present.

Summary
Summit::getSummitDaysWithEvents()ran oneCOUNTper summit day every time a summit was serialized with the defaultdates_with_eventsrelation. It now readsStartDate/EndDateof the published events once and applies the same per day overlap test (summit timezone bounds converted to UTC) in PHP, so events crossing midnight still count on both days.Cache::remember. The key includes the summit begin/end dates, and the lifetime comes from the newCACHE_API_RESPONSE_SUMMIT_DATES_WITH_EVENTS_LIFETIME(default 300,0disables the cache).dates_with_eventsentry inSummitSerializer::$allowed_relations.Tests
