JobCockpit replaces the job manager of Enigma2 with one that keeps its jobs. Downloads, recordings of the timeshift, the AutoTimer and other background jobs are listed in one screen with their status and progress, also after they have ended, and you can abort, remove and clean up jobs there.

- Jobs stay in the list after they have finished or failed, until you clean them up.
- Every plugin can have a job manager of its own. Jobs of different plugins run in parallel, and each plugin can show just its own jobs.
- One list for the jobs of all plugins, with the name, the state, a progress bar and the percentage of each job.
- Abort the running job, abort all jobs, remove the waiting jobs, or clean up the finished and failed ones, each with one key.
