Workflows renamed: Deploy server, Build phone app, Clone instance - #259

The reusable workflows' names grew one by one (Deploy, Build APK, Clone). They now say what they act on:
deploy-server.yml (D1 migrations, the app Worker with the Studio, the admin plane), build-phone-app.yml
(APK, App Bundle, optional Play upload, or the dev client), clone-instance.yml. The deployment
repository's callers follow with instance-first names ("Production · Deploy server", …). Docs, scripts
and comments use the new names.
