xGRIB brings GRIB generation and merging into OpenCPN while keeping the familiar bundled
grib_pilayout and workflow. It builds on the GRIB viewer's existing features: forecast timeline and animation, weather overlays, cursor readouts, local-file opening and download tools. Users can continue viewing forecasts and supplying data to Weather Routing through the familiar controls. Its main addition is Generate GRIB: create a forecast for a selected area and time window, choosing weather, wave and current sources independently, then open the resulting combined GRIB directly in OpenCPN. Users can also merge existing GRIB data with generated forecasts or combine separately obtained GRIB files, bringing weather, waves and currents together for display and routing. Supported provider and local-data options, plus optional forecast extension using explicitly selected fallback sources, reduce the need to prepare combined forecasts outside OpenCPN.
This PR adds xGRIB 0.3.5.0 to the master catalogue for all eleven supported platform targets.
This version fixes Android weather-panel opening and plugin replacement crashes, and enlarges Android source/time menu rows for touch use. It retains the 0.3.4 Windows icon and Generate fixes, including helper completion/cancellation handling.
Disable bundled GRIB before enabling xGRIB, then restart OpenCPN. Published packages require plugin API 1.21 and the matching platform ABI. The complete platform suite also builds and tests against API 1.22.

All eleven package/XML pairs point to the public production repository. Each tarball contains the same metadata as its adjacent XML. No alpha catalogue entries are changed by this PR.
