Refactor build and deployment workflow - #189

Add build and deployment metadata files. Instead of creating a full build script for each app build, only provide the caller options to the respective flake-ctl podman|firecracker build commands. Next to this add metadata to deploy the built images to an ECR or S3. Consequently a tool per appstore is implemented to build and deploy the container or image blobs. All shell scripts to build and push data has been removed.
