Product Builder Co-Op @ Velzee | Open Source Maintainer @ FreeCodeCamp Classroom
I graduated from UC San Diego with a B.S. in Mathematics-Computer Science, and since then I've worked in many SWE internships and Open Source projects. I'm currently a Product Builder Co-Op intern with Velzee and a maintainer for FreeCodeCamp's Classroom project, while working part-time on the side. I'm looking to land a full-time SWE role, building projects that solve real problems for their users!
- Velzee: Product Builder Co-Op on a fintech app that helps users plan for retirement and their "freedom years."
- FreeCodeCamp Classroom: Maintainer for freeCodeCamp's classroom integration tool. (TypeScript, React, Node.js)
- Comparing AI coding tools like Claude Code and Codex, and testing techniques for building more efficient development workflows.
- Through my work at Velzee and FreeCodeCamp Classroom, learning to think about products in terms of the problems they solve for real users: how to frame a feature, pitch an idea, and find the use case that actually matters.
