The elevation catalogue's repo is being renamed
stac_dem_bc→stac_elevation_bc(NewGraphEnvironment/stac_elevation_bc#40). GitHub redirects github.com URLs after a rename but not GitHub Pages, so the README link tonewgraphenvironment.com/stac_dem_bc/would stop serving the site. The org website will redirect that path (NewGraphEnvironment/newgraphenvironment.github.io#60), so old links keep working, but this points straight at/stac_elevation_bc/.Merge after the rename has happened: until then the new URL is the one that 404s.
