Corrects filename comparison in the prepared-bundle validator. The check now accepts a valid bundle and rejects a jar changed after checksums were written. Both cases run in CI, without publishing anything.
Local tests and the real prepared-bundle checks pass. Production classes and the manually tested main jar are unchanged. Publication remains disabled.
