Release 6.1.4.120062 for Minecraft 1.20.6 / NeoForge 20.6.139.
Fixes natural-rock interactions with sculk, moss, dripstone, roots, forest rocks and goats; completes block/item tags and safe loading with construction disabled. Existing world, recipe, provider and migration contracts are preserved.
Uses released OreSpawn 4.0.16.120062. The release guide now reflects the approved campaign.
Local qualification: 73 tests, reproducible release assemblies, artifact checks and production-only Eclipse setup.
