This PR suppresses duplicate search results within each watch check and adds Chromium tests for documentation routes and key site behavior.
WalkthroughThe docs site gains browser end-to-end tests for documentation routes, the home page, search responses, and mobile overflow. A new CI job builds the site and runs these tests with Chromium. The watcher now skips repeated search result hashes within a check.
