PhiOS v0.69: fail-closed release preflight from verified frontend receipts - #318
Conversation
v0.69 exact-head release preflight and denial evidencePR HEAD: Seven-receipt evidence and negative-control workflow: SUCCESS, full CI receipt artifact. The new first-party consistency gate ingested the same-runner v0.65 source/npm lock verification for Vessie and ThinkTank, v0.67 real installed Linux dependency/license censuses for both, v0.66 two-clean-build byte-identical output receipts for both, and v0.68 exact four-source immutable license evidence. It verified all seven JSON schemas, app/source/lock identities, component/build/source manifest digests, original 3+1 license-review flags, and preserved all denied authority assertions. Canonical seven-receipt SHA-256 ledger: Positive preflight result: Negative control: Scope limits: This does not perform release signature verification, native binary source equivalence, complete legal/vulnerability review, PhiOS image installation, desktop/model execution or any distribution approval. The separate full PhiOS qualification was still running at the time of this receipt. Do not merge until qualification fully succeeds and founder/operator reviews. Ledger Above Ego. DONE Means Verified. |
Draft evidence-only gate. Reads all seven same-run CI job receipts for pinned Vessie and ThinkTank: source/npm lock verification, installed dependency/license census, byte-identical double-build comparison, and immutable upstream native license source evidence. Cross-checks schemas, source/lock identities, manifest SHA-256, unchanged four-item license-review queue, and negative authority flags. Emits a hashed review packet with seven human/legal/binary-provenance blockers and mandatory
HOLD_FOR_OPERATOR_REVIEW; no release/installer/model grants. Explicit negative-control workflow must reject--require-release-authority. Includes 10 deny-by-default unit tests and human review documentation. Existing CI and Trellis offline Chromium/qualification remain independent. No license clearance or release approval. Human review before merge; no auto-merge.
