Summary

Adds a Make Public setting to Settings > Kit > Broadcasts > Export. When enabled, draft Kit Broadcasts created from WordPress Posts are published to the Kit Creator Profile and Landing Pages when sent, using the Post's published date. Defaults to off.

The setting is also available to the MCP kit/settings-broadcasts-* abilities.

Testing

• BroadcastsExportTest: confirms Broadcasts aren't public by default, and are public with the Post's published date when Make Public is enabled (no published date for draft Posts). The Kit API request is mocked.
• BroadcastsToPostsSettingsCest: confirms the Make Public setting displays when Enable Export Actions is checked, and saves correctly.
• MCPSettingsBroadcastsTest: confirms the new setting can be read and updated.
