Organisation-level defaults for Kesowa.
profile/README.md is what renders on
github.com/Kesowa. Editing it changes the
organisation's landing page; there is no build step and no deploy.
The banner is two SVGs — profile/banner-light.svg and
profile/banner-dark.svg — swapped by the reader's theme through a <picture>
element. They are generated from the same shape, differing only in colour.
