## 1. Definitions

**"Software"** means the source code, object code, documentation, and other materials authored by the copyright holder and distributed under this license.

**"Non-commercial purpose"** means use that is not primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation.

**"Redistribution"** means making copies of the Software available to other persons, whether in source code or compiled form.

## 2. Permitted Use

Permission is granted, free of charge, to any person who complies with this license to:

- Download and use the Software for personal and other non-commercial purposes.
- Study, inspect, and analyze the source code.

## 8. Applicable Law

This license is intended to operate subject to applicable law, including mandatory provisions of German and European Union law where applicable.

Any provision found unenforceable shall be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law, without invalidating the remaining provisions where legally permissible.
