Fixes the 1.25.0 changelog entry, which opened with "Manifests declare" where it means "Manuscripts declare" (
rxiv changelogand the upgrade notice print it).Adds the
figures.dependencieskey from 1.25.0 to the commentedfiguresblock in therxiv initconfig template, so new manuscripts show the option. The line uncomments into valid config.No behaviour change.
