A static site for FadeHost app hosting: plain HTML, no build step.
Deploy it from the panel with no start command: the runtime sees the
index.html at the root and serves the folder. A folder with its own
index.html is served at its own address, a 404.html at the root answers
for pages that are not there, and nothing under a dot-directory is ever
served.
If your site is built instead of committed (Astro, Vite, Eleventy, a Next.js
export), commit the source and the runtime runs your build script and
serves what it writes.
