The default 400 changed-line threshold blocked automatic merge of otherwise eligible large PRs.
Set
merge_policy.auto_max_linesto0in the schema and policy fallback, disabling size-only gates by default. Update board guidance and docs to describe scope/reviewability rather than a hard line limit. Projects can restore a positive threshold.Door: Two-way; restore a positive
