Delivers the Projects Directory tabular view, multi-faceted filtering, strictly private in-memory search per ADR-0010, and the manual Create Project dialog per TASK-0037 and ADR-0016:

• Projects Directory Table View (/projects?view=list): Dense tabular interface featuring 8 data columns (Title, Client, Type, Stage badge, Primary Shoot Date, Tasks progress, Value, and Actions dropdown menu).
• Accessible Column Sorting: Clickable table headers supporting ascending/descending sorting by Title, Client, Shoot Date, and Value with dynamic aria-sort updates.
• Multi-faceted Filtering: Fast filtering by pipeline stage, project type, and shoot date range, fully synchronized with URL search parameters for bookmarking and deep linking.
• In-Memory Search (Strict ADR-0010 Compliance): Instant substring search matching project titles, client names, and shoot locations strictly in React state; search strings are never stored in URL search parameters (?q=), never sent across network requests, and never logged, preventing PII leakage into browser histories and server access logs.
• Create Project Modal Dialog: Accessible dialog opened via "New Project" button with client selection, title, stage, agreed price (converted to integer minor units), optional shoot date/time with Europe/Berlin timezone, location, and notes, redirecting to /{locale}/projects/[id] on success.
• Lead Conversion Enhancement: Converted lead banner directly surfaces a link to the created project commission (/{locale}/projects/[projectId]).
• Accessibility & Internationalization: Zero axe violations across 320 px, 768 px, and 1280 px viewports (WCAG 2.2 AA), touch targets >= 24×24 px (44×44 px mobile), with complete English and German translations.
