Closes #11
The "What you can inspect yourself" section of
content/hub/data/where-the-numbers-come-from.mdlinked the ontology and the fetch packages but not the pipelines that build the figures. The packages paragraph now opens with the pipelines, linking DevelopmentFinanceObservatory/pipelines, where the per-dataset transformation notes live underdocs/and the tests undertests/, and then says the packages they use are open source too. It drops "to fetch sources", since DCP tools writes the graph's files rather than fetching; the rest of the paragraph is unchanged. The link is an absolute URL because the repository is not a corpus source.Testing:
ruff check, ruff format --check,ty check src/dfo_docsand the pre-commit hooks (mdformat and codespell included) pass. pytest passes 818 tests, andscripts/build.pybuilds the corpus with the revised section on the page. lychee was not run locally, and its offline pass skips absolute URLs anyway; the link returns 200.
