Low physical fitness levels are associated with an increased risk of health issues such as cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). Exercise is a powerful preventive measure, but accurately assessing exercise intensity can be challenging.
Traditional methods often rely on heart rate measurements, which can be inaccurate for certain populations (e.g., people taking beta-blockers or elite athletes). aktivtalk explores an alternative approach by assessing exercise intensity through voice data.
