@pradeeban this is the Python version of the Java REQ fix from #577. It's a small change and comes with a test. Would appreciate a look whenever you get a chance. |

Fixes #598
Python REQ sockets now set
REQ_RELAXEDandREQ_CORRELATE, same as the Java fix in #577. After a timeout the port can send again, and a late reply to an old request gets dropped instead of coming back as a fresh read.Added a test with a real REP peer that doesn't reply. It fails on dev with the "current state" error and passes with this change. Full suite passes.
