New jobs use composal.com while explicit legacy and custom API origins remain authoritative. CLI installation uses the matching official CDN and receives the chosen API origin; existing Gen2 builder behavior is preserved. All 39 tests pass in Linux. Merge and release-tag promotion follow the production domain acceptance checks.
