Wait for a shared sleeping builder to become ready before opening Docker connections. Previously CI clients could time out while the builder continued starting, leaving all jobs failed when it finally became healthy.
This publishes the control-plane pre-wake, transient-read retries and progress reporting from ComposalAI/vex, plus configurable wake-timeout (900 seconds by default), 15-second native Docker probes and CLI version / child timeout diagnostics. Every job keeps its own supervisor state and cleanup closes only its own connection.
Verified with 26 tests under Linux Node 24. Production cold-wake and cancellation qualification is tracked with ComposalAI/vex#1655. Release tags move after this change passes checks and lands.
