Preloading streamed musics is not it, and the new api for it still needs a revision, this pull request will be on hold |

Alright, I noticed there hadn't been any audio-related commits for a long time, so I assumed this feature had simply been forgotten. |

By looking through the commit history, it can be seen that it was only temporarily removed, so I believe it can be added back now.
Also, modify it to use the new API for streaming audio.
