The first screen: the name, what a p-bit is in one sentence, three proof chips with their sources, the install line, a 30-second demo whose commands print what the chips say. The naive-router count now names its queue (133 on probbit demo, 144 on the agent_router example; 60 PII leaks on both). Piped probbit demo writes 12 tasks, so the demo lines pass --tasks 300 where 300 is meant. Fixes two stale lines: probbit mcp exists (the Python paragraph said no MCP server yet), and the wasm module is 1.17 MB since the persona ops (830 KB before). USE-CASES gains a one-paragraph intro and the persona row, every number from the README's measured section.
The hero image is 3,840 p-bits denoising a rabbit; with fixed work and seed 7 it is refused at 1,000 sweeps, partial at 2,000 (31 cells escalated) and diagnostics_passed at 4,000. Shipping the program makes that image reproducible from the repo; the README's 30-second block points at it.

The first screen of the README, rewritten for the launch, and a one-paragraph intro for USE-CASES. Docs and one example program; no code changes.
README, first screen
probbit, the p-bit subheading, three proof chips (60 PII leaks → 0; 180,540 plans counted exactly; refused → partial → passed), the install line, and "Try it in 30 seconds".probbit demo --tasks 300prints 133 broken rules (60 PII leaks, 3 prod-DB, 70 over quota), and theagent_routerexample prints 144 (60 PII leaks). The chip leads with 60, which is true on both.probbit demowrites a 12-task queue, so the demo lines pass--tasks 300wherever 300 is meant. The old "same router" line piped 12 tasks.Stale lines fixed
